What wonderful memories we have of Mrs. Edna when Don was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Madisonville. She was truly a loving and caring person and always had a smile. She treated our children like they were her own grandchildren (a gift for us since we were far away from home) and loved Don and me like we were her own. She was such a precious, godly woman who loved the Lord and loved her church. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
So sorry she is gone. I enjoyed having her in Bible Study. My condolences.

My mother is a resident at Forest Manor and I'm there every day during the lunch and often the dinner meals as well. Ms. Edna sat next to mom's table so I came to know and love her. I've also come to know her sister, Ms. Mattie and have adopted her as a second mom now.
Edna was a very sweet lady and I will miss her lovely smile and attitude and the hugs we shared daily.

Johnnie Lou, Randy, Bryan and families, we are so sad to learn of Ms. Edna's passing. She always had such a vibrant, loving and infectious spirit that always rubbed off on us every time we saw her, and she will be greatly missed on this earth. Heaven has gained another Angel, and although she has left her earthly home, she will always be in our hearts. Please know that y'all are in our thoughts and prayers.
