Edgar A. Barrilleaux, Jr.'s Obituary
Edgar A. Barrilleaux, Jr. passed away on Friday, October 28, 2011.
Beloved brother of Eve Barrilleaux Wood.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors and his beloved pets, Sophia and Sam.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Telenie Terrebonne Bourgeois Barrilleaux; his father, Edgar A. Barrilleaux, Sr.; his brothers, Joseph Bourgeois, Wilfred Bourgeois, Sr., Nelson Bourgeois and Clifford Barrilleaux; his sisters, Olenia Miller and Judith B. Morgan; and friend, John Lindberg Clark, Sr.
Age 81 years, he was a native of Westwego, LA and a resident of Covington, LA for the past 35 years.  Edgar was a United States Army veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict.  He was employed as a printer with Dameron-Pierson Company and PRP Printing Company where he retired.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend graveside services at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (Adjacent to E.J. Fielding Funeral Home), 2280 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in Edgar’s name to Hospice of St. Tammany, 1202 South Tyler St., Covington, LA  70433 or St. Francis Animal Sanctuary, Post Office Box 677, Abita Springs, LA  70420.
