Dorothy Lou Cannavan Andry was born March 8, 1933 and died on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at her home with her family around her.
She is now with her mother Henrietta; her son Edgar, Jr. and her great-grandson James.
She leaves behind her beloved husband and friend of 59 years, Edgar Andry, Sr.; her four children Theo Andry, Michael Andry, Denise Andry Federer and Shila Andry Myers; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 2 more on the way.

Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, July 30, 2011at 1:00 PM with visitation on Saturday from 11:00 AM until service time.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Andry be made to the American Cancer Society.
