Dorothy Husereau Buccola's Obituary
Dorothy Husereau Buccola, age 92, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 14th, 2023.
Dorothy is survived by her sons Michael A. Buccola (Shirleen) and David G Buccola (Christi); grandchildren Christopher Buccola (Brooke), Michelle Bajon (Brett), Bradley Buccola (Abby) and Tyler Buccola, great grandchildren Bobby, Lincoln, and Lawson, siblings Adeline Husereau, Nancy Schutmeister, and Joseph Husereau. She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 yrs. Harold, parents Alice Mayeaux and Stanley Husereau; siblings Oliver, Clarence, Stanley Husereau; Patrick Husereau, and Marianne Bridgeham, Lena Rodrigues.
The family would like to express their love and appreciation to the staff at Fidelis Northshore II in Mandeville, Restoration Senior Living Care in Covington and the staff of Eagan Hospice for all of the love, kindness, and care that was provided to Dorothy during this difficult time. Per her wishes there will be no viewing or funeral services. Dorothy's remains will be interned at the Veterans cemetery in Slidell, Louisiana.
