Dorothy Coole Blossman's Obituary
Dorothy Coole Blossman passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. She was born September 12, 1916 in Ipswich, England to the late William and Florence Steele Coole.
During World War II, she met David C. Blossman. They married and she moved from England to Covington shortly after the War ended. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by one sister, Betty C. Blackwood of the UK and a host of relatives and friends both in the U.S. and the United Kingdom.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin at Noon.
Interment will follow services at Chubby Hill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Care Hospice, 1007 W. Thomas, Ste. A, Hammond, LA 70401.
