Doris Vaccaro Healy's Obituary
Doris Vaccaro Healy passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Lafayette, LA. She was born on September 15, 1919 in New Orleans, LA to the late Edwin Vaccaro and Mable Piaggio Vaccaro.
Doris was married to her beloved husband, the late Dr. William D. Healy, for 56 years and together they had three children, John Healy (Paulette B. Healy), Donald Healy (Donna S. Healy), and the late Thomas Healy (Kathy S. Healy). She leaves behind seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was the sister of the late Amabel Doherty.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, December 19, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433, at 11:00 AM with Visitation from 9:00 AM until service time.
