Donna Lee Bulloch Buras' Obituary
Donna Lee Bulloch Buras passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in Covington, Louisiana, surrounded by her family. She was born in Covington on April 29, 1932, to Wilson Donice Bulloch and Aline Gavin Bulloch, now deceased. Donna Lee was the beloved wife of her late husband, Leon C. “Blo” Buras. She is survived by her children, A. Wayne Buras (Millie), Leon C. “Buddy” Buras (Ramsey), and Sherrie Buras Manton (Norman); also, her siblings, Michael Bulloch and Sandy Nordgren; also, her grandchildren, Allen Buras (Christa Swiger), Ryan Buras (Simone), Blair Guillaume (Rhaoul), Adam Buras (Jessica), and Hilary Scheffy (Robert); and her great-grandchildren, Avery, Beau, Ella, Yvette, Giselle, Jean-Luc, Eli, Andrew, Jack, Susu, Anna, Anthony, and Currey.
Preceding her in death were two grandchildren, David Manton and Meghan Manton, daughter-in-law Sherrie Rodwig Buras, her siblings Betty Bruhl, Donice Bulloch, and David Bulloch, and her niece, Cynthia Nordgren Breland.
Donna Lee was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and former member of the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Guild. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would also like to thank Allie Womack and Christine Butler for their caring, kindness, and love during Donna Lee’s last year.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington LA 70433 on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM with visitation on Friday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
