Cousin Don was the vocal spirit in any room. I remember him as a vibrant conversationalist, eager to participate, usually offering an opinion. There was no doubt that he loved and protected his family. I offer our fondest condolences to the Shiell family on behalf of the Boudreaux clan.

We were so sorry to read of Don's passing today.Don was always upbeat and a pleasure to be around. He will be missed by many.But you should not mourn his passing,but celebrate his life- a life that was filled with many interests and accomplishments. But most of all,he was blessed with a beautiful and loving family.

Mr. Don was life long friends with my Dad, Melvin Grinnell. I loved listening to their stories about Mandeville when they were young. In 2012, my Dad was home on Hospice. Mr. Don and Mr. Boby Parker came by to see Dad. They each had a beer and a Po Boy. It was such a great moment for my Dad since he passed not long after. He would call and check on me after Dad passed. He was truly so kind and I will never forget the love he had for Dad and all of us. May he rest in peace.
