Donald C. Oster's Obituary
Donald C. Oster, age 85, entered into his eternal peace on Monday, February 28, 2011 after a brief illness. Don always had a great positive attitude and was liked by everyone he met.
He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife Betty, his children Donald, Ralph, Debbie, Tim, David, Rick and his brother Richard. He is also survived by his ex-wife Shirley, 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Linda Jean and his brothers Fred and Robert.
Don was a registered investment advisor for over 35 years as well as a Real Estate Developer and Accountant. He was a US Navy veteran.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation from 9:00 AM until service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to either St. Tammany Hospice or Make A Wish Foundation.
