He was born in Jennings, LA on September 22, 1950 to the late Gloria Dunn and Percy Lee LeGros and has been a resident of the Northshore for the past 26 years. He is the beloved husband of Janis Helluin LeGros; father of Tara Marie and the late Ryan Paul LeGros; brother of Carol LeGros, Gloria L. Cannon, Linda L. Anderson and the late Michael S. LeGros. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 11:00 AM from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte St., Mandeville, LA 70448. A wake is scheduled for Wednesday, December 19, 2007 from 6-9:00 PM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 with visitation at the Church Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM. Private Committal services will take place at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 110 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70005.
