I thought so much of Dolores and am so sorry to hear of her passing. I think of her often and the many laughs we had. She was a good friend to all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with Hubert, Jennifer, Deidre and all of the rest of her children that she loved very much.
It is sadness i find myself signing this book I met Dee as mother of Steve Duck for just a while but she will remain forever in my life, I hope to meet her again someday John 5:28, 29: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice [the voice of Jesus] and come out.”
Ms. Dee could simply light up a room with her smile. She had such great energy and love for life that could be felt by everyone around her. To her family...I will keep you all in my prayers, my deepest sympathy.

It all changed so quickly, from shock, to fear, to being propelled into a terrifying, overwhelming battle for your survival. We didn't want you to leave us; but we know your eternal happiness is worth our sense of loss and grief. As you await our arrival, we will live on this earth remembering our good times and the joy you brought us by just being you.
It is so hard to accept that Ms. Dolores, such a lovely kind hearted lady is no longer with us. When my Dad passed away, I always questioned why he was taken away from us. Thinking that maybe my opinion was biased, the further I have gone in life the more I see the really good hearted people leaving us too early. It maybe as her daughter Ms. Tonya states that the best within us sacrifice their lives to be our guardian angels.
She raised a beautiful family - we feel like we are part of their family always welcoming us into their homes. Ms. Dolores never had anything bitter to say about anyone and always treated everyone in her home like her own. You truly will be missed we love you so much and know that your beautiful daughters and son will continue your legacy! Love Priyani & Suzy.
I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could say I don't know what you are going through but unfortunately I know the pain and loss you are feeling. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.
I only met Dolores a few times. Each time was when my grandmother (Molly James) went to go have her hair done. We used to laugh about how their hair sessions were like "Steel Magnolias." Every time I went over to visit Dolores always greeted me with warmth and respect. I will miss her dearly.

I will miss Delores so much, when I lived in N.O. we became good friends. Last year I did get back there and visited her, she was always so, sweet, so bubbly, so beautiful, and it was a joy to be with her. There are only good things to remember about Delores. Bless her family and I have you in my prayers.
