Dianne Marie O'Keefe Davis' Obituary
Dianne Marie O’Keefe Davis, at the age of 73, entered eternal rest peacefully on Tuesday evening, September 12, 2023, at her family home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana on September 6, 1950, to Aaron Arnold O’Keefe and Rosalie McLain O’Keefe.
She is survived by her adoring children Colleen Johnson, Shannon Stinnett, and Bill Davis. Dianne will be dearly missed by her lifelong partner Garth (Cobb) Sharp. Dianne was the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and great grandmother of 4 great grandchildren, and her loving mother Rosalie Dickerson. She was caring sibling of Tommy O’Keefe (Robin), Kenneth O’Keefe, Keith O’Keefe (Debbie), and Ricky O’Keefe. Dianne will be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
Dianne was preceded in death by her father Aaron Arnold O’Keefe, and her brothers Dennis and Terry O’Keefe.
A proud resident of Franklinton for over 50 years. Dianne was an outstanding Nursing Assistant for many years.
Dianne was loving, compassionate, and most of all a very caring person to all. She enjoyed spending time outdoors watching and feeding the hummingbirds. However, her true passion was spending time with her loving family and friends. Dianne was unique and irreplaceable, well respected and liked, and will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her jovial spirit and tender nature will remain in the many memories of her cherished friends and family until they meet her again.
