Debra Ann Jolly passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the age of 70. She was born on September 25, 1951 in Shattuck, OK to James Tune and Imo Gaston Tune. She is survived by her daughters, Amy Fonseca (Vincent) of Knoxville, Read Obituary

With her signature, "Hey kiddo!", Ann greeted. She was a beloved colleague at GCR and a terrific professional. We are blessed to have been a part of her life and accomplishments.
Ann Jolly was just that. A jolly soul who was always a pleasure to be around with and one of the sweetest, generous, attentive and caring individual I have known. I worked at GCR with her and sat right next to her and Patricia. I can still hear her humming songs and listening to her stories of her wonderful daughters and their families. She was there when I needed advice on raising my own kids and it was always positive and wise. She was so proud of her daughters and grandkids. I recall hearing her quietly sob at her desk through the day when her dear cat passed away. When I saw her last year a she held a positive attitude till the very end despite all that she went through. A great inspiration. She will be dearly missed.
I too worked with Ann for many years at GCR. She was always a joy to work with, had a great sense of humor, was very intelligent and was great at what she did. Her work lives on today. My condolences to the family that she cared and proudly talked about so many times. She will be missed.

I worked with Ann at GCR for many years, she was just the most kindest and sweetest person to be around. She loved to dance like I did and I remember her at my 50th birthday party dancing away with her friend that she came with. So sorry to hear about her passing, condolences to her family, she was a very special lady and I will miss her!!

I worked with Ann for many years at GCR and we were friends. We also traveled for work together a few times and she did some local paddling trips with me. In our last office we sat close together and I heard many stories about her wonderful grandchildren. I always remember that she was amazed at how quickly her oldest one could do a sudoku - funny the things that stay in our minds. To this day I think of her and her grandson when I do sudokus (which happens to be every morning). She always wanted to do the right thing and was generous. She was a good person. I have great memories of Ann and I am so sorry she is gone.
A long-time co-worker of mine at GCR, Ann was always cheerful and kind and happy to chat with you. I will remember her fondly. Rest In Peace!
