We have had many fun memories from when we lived in the same apartment complex on Cleary in Metairie. We decorated the apartment with balloons when they got married. They came home to find balloons all over the apartment and filling the bathtub and bells attached to the bed springs.
One time Ron and Jerry were sitting in the living room watching the TV while Cheryl, Debbie and Eleanor visited together in the Kitchen with a bottle of wine. We later left the apartment and went for a ride in the Jeep CJ to the lakefront. When we arrived Jerry went to help the rather inebriated ladies out of the vehicle. He first got Debbie out, made sure she was standing by the Jeep and asked her if she was OK. Debbie said yes. Jerry turned to help Eleanor out of the Jeep and heard a thud as Debbie hit the ground. Fortunately she was unhurt and lay there laughing at what had happened.
Ron, so very sorry to hear of Debbie's passing. I grew up around the corner, my family owned Fulco's grocery. Cile Roberts ask me to send her sincere sympathy, she loved Debbie very much and will miss her. Our prayers go out to you and your family. Maryjane Fulco May.
My sincere condolences to you, Ron, and the rest of Debbie's family.

Hi Pamela, Ronnie & Tommy:
My husband George Jarabica was a college buddy of Debbie's daddy Timmy Dimm.
When we first were married, he was asked to be her GodFather. When she was first born, she had a lot of problems. They didn't expect her to live. But, she did. And, she lived a long time and enjoyed a lot of life. Pamela will miss her so much. She loved her so. Love Rai Lynne
Debbie has been a friend, in and out of the Fellowship, & we co-spiritually guided each other. When we garaged sale-d away my daughter's 'dress up' collection, Debbie got all her fancy size 5 shoes! Both of us had life-threatening congenital defects & surgeries, and then more complications in our adult years, so we had a little bond there. I feel honored & proud to have had a chance to know & love such a valiant fighter, not just a survivor, but an advocate for others with Turners Syndrome, from having to educate judges about her condition, to creating a network of TS folks nationwide. I am privileged to have had a chance to share our strength, hope & experience, back & forth, with such a witty, funny and loving woman. Heaven just had to sit up & take notice, because Debbie didn't take 'no' for an answer! I know her kitties will miss her so, and my heart goes out to her other friends, especially Claire, and to her husband Ron.
