I have only great memories of working with Dave on projects at the Washington Field Office. He was as kind and as caring as anyone could be! You could always count on him to smile! My heart and prayers with my deepest sympathy go to Dave's family and his friends.

I was the most fortunate person in the world to have David as not only my brother, but as my friend! I will miss his calls & visits so much! My boys already greatly miss their uncle. Reality is that life must go on, but my life was better with David in it! I will forever love & miss you!
