Dear Rosemary and Family, Our world as we know it in West Point stopped Wednesday morning as the news of David's tragic accident spread through e mail and facebook. Our hearts are heavy for you and the family, as well as ourselves; we lost a dear friend, and class mate. We will always have our memories, he was a always smiling, and was interested in what ever we were doing. Like me he lovd to talk, but that was a good thing. Before I even knew the connection, I had earlier seen David's obituary in the Jackson paper, and thought to myself what a kind looking man...I wondered if he were a pastor. Reading the column gave me more insight into his life and what he must have meant to his family. It was later that I learned he was yours.
