We would like to express our deepest sympathy to Sally and all of the Goodyear family. As residents of Money Hill for the last seven years, we will miss and remember Dave zipping around on his ATV patrolling his homeland and checking on his beloved trees.
We also remember Dave's words after Katrina: "We have lost eighty per cent of our forest." He was not deterred and soon began replanting trees as he continued to do for for the rest of his life. We could never have come through the terrible time after the storm without his management and leadership. His spirit and presence will always be felt here in Money Hill.
