This weekend, our 1974 class of Catholic High School had its 45 reunion. Last night, one of our classmates read the list of those who are no longer with us. I - and many others - were not aware that Darryl had passed away. We had prayer and a moment of silence for our classmates - and those from Mount St. Mary's - so if you felt a little stirring of the moment, perhaps it was a flutter of angels' wings. I am very sorry for your loss. Most of my memories of Darryl were from high school. He was a serious student but was so smart and had the best sense of humor with his quick smile and laugh. The weekend of getting back together as a class reminded me of what amazing people we had (have) in our class. Darryl was certainly one of those wonderful human beings who changed with world for the better, and I am proud to have known him. Take care, Paulette family.
