Cynthia Marie Bailey Babin's Obituary
Cynthia Marie Bailey Babin peacefully passed away on May 25, 2026. Cynthia was born in New Orleans, La to William Malcolm Delcarpio and Olga Bonville, both of whom have preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband James Neil Babin, and his large extended family.
Cynthia got her BA from the University of New Orleans and was a beloved teacher in Jefferson Parish.
She loved animals, playing cards, antiquing, and traveling with her husband.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
