Corinne Hays Talbert passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the age of 63. Loving mother of Bryan Talbert and wife Tonie, Mason Talbert and wife Michelle. Daughter of the late Martha Davis Hays and Peter Bruin Hays. Sister of Ma Read Obituary
I was so sad to hear of Corinne's passing. We were childhood friends and classmates until we moved away after my freshman year at WHS. We last visited in 1965, shortly after our move when the family had to evacuate for a hurricane. She, Elinor, and I spent a few hours catching up. We were all barely 15 years old...just innocent kids really.

Bryan and Mason, I am so sorry about the loss of your mom. We grew up together from birth in Waterproof, and had many fun times together, and went on vacations together. Although I had not gotten to see her in along time, anytime we got together, we just picked up where we left off. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and she will be missed by many people. My condolances and prayers to Bryan and Mason. I have too many great memories of nights at the Talbert home on Rosedown . She was always a great host and a great Mom. I still remember the night Murray popped the waterbed and we spent the night Pailing water. I sure did like her cooking.
It was our honor to cross paths with Corinne. She was the epitome of class and was a beautiful lady inside and out. Our deepest sympathy to the family.
I didn't know Corinne but I have the pleasure of knowing her son, Bryan, and only a wonderfully loving, kind, and beautiful lady could raise such an impressive, good-hearted son. It is obvious that she was very special and will be greatly missed. Bryan, she will be with you always...you are made from her. We are all thinking of you.
