Corey Ethan Tullos passed away on March 19, 2010. He was born February 26, 1990 in Galveston, TX to Monica Browning Maffei and Kevin L. Tullos. He is the father of Lily M. Tullos and the half brother of Zoe R. and Liam J. Maffei, Ashlyn and Logan Tullos.
