Clifford "Cliff" Anthony King's Obituary
Clifford Anthony King, age 88, of Mandeville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 24, 2024, with his loving wife Antoinette by his side. He was born on January 7, 1936, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Antoinette Boscareno King; stepdaughter, Christa Warren Belesimo; son-in-law, Frank Belesimo; and two grandchildren, Frankie and Elena Belesimo.
Cliff grew up in New Orleans and graduated from F.T. Nicholls High School. Afterwards he attended LSU and then joined the United States Army. Cliff was fun and easy going. He loved the Mardi Gras season, especially getting dressed up and attending parties with his wife, Antoinette. He had a long and diverse career as a yacht captain and private plane captain. He enjoyed diving in Florida, riding his Harley, playing tennis, and reading, and he could play several musical instruments. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Liturgy of the Word at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mandeville Cemetery, 1695 Montgomery Street, Mandeville, Louisiana.
