Many, many fun memories when we were at Xavier. Always with a smile and a "little girl giggle" that was simply contagious. One beautiful lady who is already sitting down with our Blessed Mother and chatting! Tom Palmer
Dear Abramowicz Family…so sorry to hear of Claudia’s passing….and may her soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God Rest In Peace Amen.
Know that all of our family has all of your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Love and God’s blessings to all your family!

I met Ms. Claudia Abramowicz on January 25, 2020 at the dedication of the Sicilian Jazz historical marker on the grounds of the Old US Mint. We were part of a small group that was there for the ceremony, so we all introduced ourselves. Having grown up in the 1960s, following the Saints closely in those early years, and having met Danny Abramowicz when he made an appearance at one of my Cub Scout events, I naturally asked Ms. Claudia if she was related to Danny. Of course, I got the story that she was his widow and we spent a bit of time talking about those days. She was gracious, lovely and I know that she will be sorely missed by her friends and family. My condolences to all of you.
Please accept my sympathies and condolences. Our family lived on Parkdale Road and Claudia’s family was our good neighbors. I have many wonderful memories of Pepper, Mary, Claudia and Mary Beth.
May God bless you with His healing love and peace. May He surround you with comfort and grace.
Mrs. Abramowicz treated me like a son when she lived in Chicago. I am still great friends with her son Andy and I have nothing but fond memories about how kind and loving she treated me. My condolences. Michael Oliver
My condolences to the Abramowicz family and all of Claudia's friends. Please know that you are all in my prayers. It's curious how people cross paths with each other in this life. I was a classmate of Andy Abramowicz at Jesuit High School (class of '89), but I never met Claudia until 1997 when I was briefly working at St. Patrick's Church in New Orleans, and she was working there for a project for Msgr. Reynolds. I recall her as a wonderful lady and a devout Catholic. I also met Danny at a few events around St. Patrick's during that time. I put my trust in God's love and mercy that people who have been so serious in trying to serve God and His Church will be richly rewarded. I pray that you will have peace even in the midst of this moment of natural sorrow. With prayers for you all,
Michael M. Redmann

Danny, although Joan and I have only known you and Claudia for several years as fellow parishioners at our Lady of the Lake parish, we have grown to love you both very much. Claudia is one of the nicest, kindest, gentle ladies we have ever known. We both treasure the times we got to talk with you and Claudia, mostly after morning Mass. Of course, we both, as avid saints fans remember you, Danny, as one of our all-time favorite saints. Now we will treasure knowing two saints, you, and Claudia our Saint in heaven. 👼🏻
Please know that we have both of you in our daily prayers and Mass intentions…🙏💒
God love and bless you both,
You friends in Christ,
Joan and Bill Bailey
