Clara Cooper Bond, age 88, died on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at her residence in Covington, LA. Born, Wednesday, November 11, 1925 in Union, MS to Milton Earl Holder and Lela Mae Holder.
Survived by her daughters Carol Walters (Steve) and Debbie Martineau (Lee), grandchildren Ryan Walters (Candice), Drew Walters, Kelsey Martineau and Karlee M. Benoit (Chris), great-grandchildren Dylan Walters and Connor Walters, brothers Harold Holder (Sylvia) and Sheffield Holder (Mary Alice), and close friends Richard Reynolds and Melissa Jones. She was predeceased by her father Milton Earl Holder, mother Lela Mae Holder, first husband Conley Howard Cooper and second husband Bill R. Bond.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment in Garden of the Pines Cemetery.
