Sean and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Christian was my first boyfriend at age 12 and charmed me with his wit and height (which he accuses me of being the only thing I liked him for) even then. And then 30 years later our paths brought us together again. He touched my life in a special way and there will forever be a hole left from my tall CMT.
Jack Thompson and Family: We just wanted you to know we are very sorry to hear about Christian. This is truly sad news. For some moments in life there are no words to express our thoughts. We have always impressed with Jack (his dad) and his many talents, and we are honored to know Jack personally.
We did not have the honor of meeting Christian, but we knew Christian through his father, Jack. Jack was always bragging on Christians in our many great conversations (smart man). . Our prayers are with you and your family.

My sincere condolences to all of you on the loss of a son, brother, father and friend. Growing up just a few houses down on Barbara Place, I remember fondly getting to know Christian almost immediately after we moved to Mandeville in the early 1980s. Christian and I played on the same basketball teams from MJHS to MHS, traveled every year in Jack's car from NOLA to ATL (in mid summer with no air conditioning!!) to the GA Tech basketball camp. At that time, Christian had the gift of height and size over Sean, which used to drive Sean crazy. Christian was witty, smart, engaging and funny. His light was extinguished far too soon, and I hope he's up in heaven playing guitar and entertaining anyone near him. Rest in peace King.
