Christian Robert Fatzer Sr.'s Obituary
Christian Robert Fatzer, Sr., a native of New Orleans and a resident of Mandeville, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the age of 78.
He was the son of the late Christopher Joseph Fatzer and Maryanne Julie Cox.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Gaynell Ann Collein Fatzer; his children, Christian Robert Fatzer, Jr. (Laura) and Susan Mary Fatzer Marcus; one grandchild, Julianne Morgen Marcus Myers; and one great-grandchild, Kenneth (K.C.) Christian Myers. He was preceded in death by his brothers, George Fatzer and Malcolm Fatzer. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, Theodore (Ted) Collein (Juanita) and John (J.C.) Cain (Brenda); sister-in-law, Patricia Cain Korczak (Tommy); and by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial services at Village Lutheran Church, 29180 Hwy 190, Lacombe, LA 70445 on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM followed by a reception at church.
Inerment will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Fatzer to be made to Village Lutheran Church.
