Chris Anthony Pierce, age 75, of Mandeville, LA passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. He was born on October 8, 1950 in New Orleans, LA. Chris is survived by his wife, Debra C. Pierce of 51 years; his daughters, Amanda Pierce Read Obituary

Chris was a wonderful friend as well as hairdresser/barber to my parents (Johnnie and Benny Palestina), my aunt (Joyce Clark), and myself. We'll always remember him with love and send our prayers and support to Debbie and the rest of his family.

For over four decades, Chris did his magic with my hair while listening and advising me through many of life's ups and downs. He was there for so many important moments in my life! These photos of him dancing with me and my mom at my niece's wedding perfectly capture his fun-loving spirit and the friendship we shared inside and outside of Hair Cottage. He was a special part of our family, cutting hair for my mom, my sister, my sister-in-law and many of our friends. He made us feel like a part of his family too. Chris was a steady, comforting presence who had a rare gift for making everyone look and feel their absolute best. Sending my deepest condolences to everyone who loved him.
