Cheryl Lee Adams Leeper's Obituary
Cheryl Lee Adams Leeper, at the age of 72, entered eternal rest peacefully on early Monday morning, October 9, 2023, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on December 8, 1950, to Donald Adams and Colleen Bentley Adams.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Wayne Leeper Jr. of 57 wonderful years and her adoring son, Micheal Leeper (Ronette). Cheryl was the proud grandmother of Jared Leeper, Ryan Leeper, Tyler Leeper and Garrett Leeper, and great grandmother of Willow Leeper and Spencer Leeper. She was a caring sibling of Cindy White, Debbie Costantini (Carmine), Kelly Scott (Billy), Heidi Rogers and Donald Adams Jr. (Kathy Kitchens). Cheryl will be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Collen Adams and niece, Deanna Costantini.
A native of New Orleans longtime resident of Kenner and St. Rose, and proud resident of Madisonville for over 20 years. She was an outstanding Office Manager for Denka Performance Elastomer for 20 years.
Cheryl was loving, compassionate, and most of all a very caring person to all. She enjoyed spending time attending craft shows and was lovingly known to her family as the Craft Show Queen. However, her true passion was spending time with her loving family and friends. Cheryl was unique and irreplaceable, well respected and liked, and will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her jovial spirit and tender nature will remain in the many memories of her cherished friends and family until they meet her again.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington Louisiana on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will take place privately at a later time.
