Cheryl Fabre Basse's Obituary
Cheryl Marie Fabre Basse passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015 in Folsom, LA. Beloved wife of the late Burton Vincent Basse. Devoted mother of three sons - Dean M. Basse, Duwayne J. Basse and Blaine V. Basse. Daughter of the late Gloria Katherine Juka and Chester Joseph Fabre. She was the sister of Claudette Arcement, Dorothy Rudolph, Opal Pruden, Daniel Herrmann Jr. and Donald Herrmann. Sister-in-law of Agnes Green. Grandmother of Monique Basse, Justin Basse, Alexandra Basse, Drew King and Heather Holden. Great-grandmother of Brandon King, Brandee King Jake King, Grayson Holden, Gabrielle Holden and Kayli Holden.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 12:00 PM. Interment in Barker-McManus Cemetery will immediately follow the mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her name.
