Charmaine is my best friend's aunt and she became a 2nd aunt to me. She's been in my life for nearly 30 years and every second with Charmaine was a great. I'll remember the crawfish and crab boils, sitting around talking and laughing. The kindness and thoughtfulness she showed me while I was recovering from surgery makes me want to be a better person . Saying goodbye is never easy but looking back on my life and replaying the highlights with her in it reminds me of how blessed I am to have had her. My heart breaks today for my extended family and all my love goes to Channon, Kathy, Melvin and David.
