Mrs. Ruth, Chad, Amanda and Carol,
I know we've never met but because of Lynn I feel like you are forever friends. Lynn was not only a mentor to me at Wyeth but dear and caring friend. He believed in me and gave me my first shot in the pharmaceutical industry. I'll never forget his engaging smile and gentle spirit. May you be comforted by these words and know what a wonderful man he was to many. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with Lynn. I will always treasure my time and memories with him. May he rest in peace with hopes he finds his true love, Dawn waiting for him in heaven.
I sent many cards and left many messages during his treatment journey. Though I never heard from Lynn, I respect his need for privacy during this difficult time. I wanted so badly to be there today just to meet you his pride and joy...but unfortunately by 1 year old daughter broke out in a terrible allergic rash and I needed to stay home with her. I hope my children's Christmas card picture sparked a smile on Lynn's face over the holidays. It just so happens to be that my last memory of Lynn is one with his his gracious smile! With greatest sympathy and love, Karen Smith and family
