Dear Heidi,I'm sorry for your loss. God bless you and your family.Eileen Collazo
Dear Emily, Claire, Mary, Heidi, & Patricia, all the grand-children & his dear sister, what a beautiful service, it touched my heart. The eulogy was so perfect & from tears I started smiling knowing the Mr. Schmidt was a wonderful son, brother, father, husband & grand-father. I know he already has his "Angel Wings" & is watching over all his family & friends. I was deeply touched by the many beautiful messages people he met had to say about him. What an exceptional man. He left us too early. I was shocked to hear about his death, but know that he is in a better place, who we all want to go, Heaven! I hope that he & Mrs. Marie Schmidt are praying for all us. Rest in Eternal Peace with God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. I lost both my parents too & there is nothing I can do to take the pain away from his family, but know, that I am here for any of you. Love & Many Blessings of Peace, Courage, Acceptance, Prosperity & Health!
Charlie, was a very nice man and I was sadden to hear of his passing. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived through his travels and generous spirit.
Charlotte, and Pike's girls,I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pike's passing. He had called me earlier that week to say hi and talked about George. I know this is such a hard for everyone, my prayers are with you all. Pike was such a part of our lives and I know he and George had more adventures over the many, many years they were friends. I like to think that Pike, George and Shawn are walking the woods of heaven right now.God bless, Barbara Thomas
Your father was a joy to all who knew him. His infectious grin and great concerns for others endeared him to all who came in contact. There is a group of us that walk on the lakefront each morning, and your father was one of the regulars. We heard stories about all of you...you were his life! We will miss him and remember him with all good memories and stories.Boyd and Ann McPhail
I was shocked and greatly saddened by his passing. My sincere condolences to his family. Charlie was a caring and delightful man, so full of life. I have so many special memories of good times, but Charlie lived a full and loved life.
My deep sympathies at this sudden loss of one who brought happiness and dear companionship. May the steadiness of his spirit be a solid comfort to you during this unsettling time.
Let me echo other entries; Charlie was well loved at Delta and specifically in MSY. He will be missed.
