Ted and I knew each other in Odessa. We were both on the PD together during the 80’s into the 90’s.

He was always so kind.

Facebook gave us the opportunity to reconnect.

That’s where I learned of his skills in working with wood.

He completed a couple of projects for me.

One was for my daughter when she got married. The other was a business sign for my wife’s (Alicia’s) employer.

Both were made with the love and detail of a craftsman who truly loved his craft.

I hate to hear that we will not be in communication anymore. But, I am glad he is now in heaven sharing his love and wisdom there.

Farewell, Ted, until we meet again.

To Ted's family......
I am so very sorry to hear this, it seemed like we just recently communicated...... through Facebook....... Ted and I worked and rode motors together at Odessa PD in the early 80's. We were both on the evening shift so it seems as though we were all partnered up, more than the day shift guys, Ted and I rode together quite a bit. He was a great friend and a definitive brother in blue that will be sorely missed. R.I.P. Ted, THANK YOU for your friendship, THANK YOU for your service and sacrifice. Until we meet again.....GOD SPEED.
