Charles Malcom Dexter passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017 in Covington, LA. He was born on August 22, 1922 in Nova Scotia, Port Williams, Canada to the late George C. Dexter and Laura Taylor Dexter.
Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Thelma K. Dexter. He was the loving father of Madelyn A. Dexter, Chuck P. Dexter (Gloria), Ruth A. Miller (Perry), the late Charlotte M. Martin, and George W. Dexter. Charles was the proud grandfather of Joseph Dexter (Christina), Jessica Thomas (Israel), Rachel Martin, John Martin, and Christopher Miller. He will be missed by three great-grandchildren, Kane Martin, Norah Dexter and Evan Dexter.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral, 2260 W.21st Ave., Covington, LA on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 3:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 PM until service time.
