We are very sorry. With the little time we were able to spend with you and Katsy, we realized that Katsy was such a special lady. She taught us so much about New Orleans, Mardi Gras and her cooking. We are saddened by her passing. God will be taking care of her now. Please extend our condolences to your family.

The extremely sad news of Katsy's death is something that I can still hardly believe. I shall never forget what an inspiration she is to all who knew her, and such a fresh breath of life.
