Carolyn Vern Stinson Walder's Obituary
Carolyn Vern Stinson Walder passed away on Thursday, November 14th, 2024 at her home in Madisonville, LA. at the age of 82.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Jules E. Walder Jr. She is also survived by her son Stephen E. Walder; her daughter Stephanie Walder Munch; her grandchildren, Jarred and Julie Walder (Jules); Samantha and Matthew Walder (Sam); Hunter and Chase Munch (Stephanie) and several great grandchildren.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Vamon G. Stinson and Tena Mae Bedwell Stinson; as well as her two sons, Jules E. Walder III and Samuel E. Walder.
Carol was an avid landscaper with a love for her plants and flowers.
Relatives and friends ae invited to attend the funeral service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 2:00 PM with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow services at Mandeville Mausoleum, 1609 Montgomery Street, Mandeville, LA.
