Carol Ott Zarich's Obituary
Carol Ott Zarich, 79, passed into Heaven on Monday, February 10, 2014. She was the loving wife to Joseph P. Zarich, Sr. for 53 years. She was the mother of Geoffery S. Holliday (deceased), Lucy Z. Herrington (Paul) and Joseph P. Zarich, Jr. (Terri). Grandmother of Emily and Kelsey Herrington, Christine Z. Hyde, Elizabeth and Shannon Zarich, David and Gregory Holliday and Sarah H. Hebert. Carol was the eldest of 9 siblings and is survived by William Ott, Clifford Ott, Wendell Ott, Steve Ott, Phillip Ott, Linda O. Wall, Cherie O. Johanson, and Fleet Ott. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and 5 great grandchildren.
Carol was part of a loving church family and a wonderful group of close personal friends. We were all blessed to have been a part of her life and will miss her greatly. We are comforted with the knowledge that she is at home in Heaven in the arms of Jesus.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Mandeville, 1895 Hwy. 190 Mandeville, LA 70448.
Visitation at the Church Thursday will begin at 9:00 AM.
Interment at the Osyka Cemetery in Osyka, MS will take place at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Center, 402 Girod St. Mandeville, LA 70448 phone (985) 626-4457.
