Carol A. Weaver's Obituary
Carol Ann Weaver passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 in Covington, LA. She was born in New Orleans on February 9, 1942. The beloved daughter of the late Theresa Frught and Wallace J. Weaver, her brother Wallace, Jr. also precedes her in death.
An animal lover in the truest sense, Carol especially and deeply loved horses. Over the past 25 years she was a huge presence in the St. Tammany horse community where she provided her unique and meticulous care at too many farms to mention. In doing so, she entrenched herself in the hearts of many.
She is survived by her beloved animals, an army of friends, and her Greene, Lewis and Associates “family” who are all deeply saddened by their loss. Carol was a significant part of this entire extended family and will forever be remembered and admired for her skills and dedication to her vocation.
Stubborn to the end, treasured by many, she will be dearly missed.
A memorial service for Carol will be held on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 3-6:00 PM at Greene, Lewis and Associates, 17737 Hwy 40, Covington, LA 70435.
