I worked with Carol at NorthShore Hospital. We had some great times shrimping, boating, and dodging Hurricane Erin in Fort Walton Fl. She had a salty soul. God bless her and the loved ones she leaves behind.

God puts people in your life who leave a place in your heart.Carol is one of those people who i will forever be blessed to have known. We worked tgthr at the Breast Center /Women's Pavilion for just a few years but she made me feel like we had known each other for so much longer. We became instant friends and will hold her memory close to my heart. We had many laughs and great times both at work and away from work. Thank you for being a great friend and sharing your love of Dry Martini's, great music and pets...her spinach dip was her signature at our pot luck parties. Thanks for making work a fun place. Rest in Peace my dear friend..prayers to the family and may her memory always warm y'alls hearts and put a smile on your face. Love you Hooker...

Carol certainly kept all of us on our toes at the The Breast Center & the Woman’s Pavillion. She was such an animal lover & would share her pets’ escapades with us. She would bring lovely blooms from her garden to brighten our work station. She would bring delicious creations in beautiful dishes to our potluck lunches. All little things that made her such a big part of our group of co-workers. She also shared her excitement as her retirement drew near in building her dream home. How fortunate she must have felt to view those beautiful Mississippi sunrises, sunsets & all the natural beauty around her for the time that she did. I did not know she had become ill but pray those things continued to bring her peace & soothe her soul as her time on Earth drew to a close. God bless you, her family, as you mourn her passing & celebrate her life. My sincere sympathies.

I am so sad to hear of Carol’s passing . I worked with Carol at the Womans Pavillion for many years . She was a good friend to me. I drove her crazy most days but she loved me anyway lol. I had no idea she was sick this really hurts my heart . When Carol left the woman’s pavilion I drew her a self portrait ( As a joke because i can’t draw) she loved it and was laughing out loud which she did often because i was always so silly . I reached out to her for her birthday . She did not mention anything about being sick . This just breaks my heart . I am happy she got to build her house and live close to the beach with her pup. My deepest condolences to the family . I will keep the family in my prayers . My deepest condolences Lynell Duplechain.
