Carmen Decoud Heisser's Obituary
Carmen Decoud Heisser passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 3, 1928 in New Orleans, LA to Wilford and Alice Delphine (Alexius) Decoud.
Carmen is survived by her children Rosa Faciane, Darryl Heisser (Debra), Leroy Heisser (Marsha), Floyd Heisser, Vedelma Heisser, Veronica Page (Michael), and Phillip Heisser (Connie). Carmen is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
Carmen is preceded in death by her beloved husband William C. Heisser and her daughters Carmen Palmer Baham, Yvonne Heisser Dumas-Pace, Mary Ann Heisser and Phyllis Heisser Blanc (Stephen).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Anselm Catholic Church, 306 St Mary St, Madisonville, LA 70447 on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM with visitation at the church beginning at 9:30 AM. A Rosary will be said in honor of Carmen beginning at 10:30 AM.
