Carmelite Schulte Joseph's Obituary
Carmelite Schulte Joseph, 81, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 1, 2008.
She was born on Feb. 11, 1927 in New Orleans. She was a member of Bedico Baptist Church and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was a retired Bell South Telephone Co. employee of 30 years.
She is survived by her three children; April Joseph Drushel, Michelle Joseph Perry and son-in-law, Wesley, and Tim Joseph and daughter-in-law, Ronda. She loved her grandchildren, Jason Drushel, Mathew Bernier, Michael and Jodee Delatte Bernier, Chelsea Bernier, Christopher and Janelle Joseph. Her step-grandchildren, Amanda Dickerson, Wesley Perry, Jr., Nick and Jessica Bloesser. Surviving brothers are Jay and Jerry Schulte; sisters, Doll Riley and Connie Mayer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Armand Joseph; son-in-law, Victor M. Bernier III; her parents Emma and Henry Schulte; brothers, Henry and Ott Schulte; and sister, Bonnie Schulte.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 6:30 PM at Bedico Baptist Church, 28156 Highway 22, Bedico, LA.
