He was a retired Captain with the St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office and currently Constable of Ward B in Arabi, LA.
Beloved husband of Bonnie Boudreaux Kramer. Father of Shannon Clement and spouse Donald, Jr., Richard Joseph Kramer III and spouse Christina and Erin Majnerick and spouse Martin. Grandfather of Victoria, Zoe, Ian, Kirsten, Milla and Ella. Son of the late Patricia McInerny and Richard Joseph Kramer, Sr. Son-in-law of the late Thelma Boudreaux. Brother of Richard Kramer II, Patricia Venturella, Rita Durham, John “Steve” Kramer, Mary Angela Lambert and Elizabeth Winslow and the late Mary Lewis.
Aged 62 years, a native of and longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish and a resident of Abita Springs, LA for the past 2 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Friday, July 20, 2007 at 1:00 PM from St. Anselm Catholic Church, 307 St. Mary St., Madisonville, LA 70447. Visitation on Friday from 9:30 AM until service time.
Interment in Abita Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred or donations may be made to the American Lung Association. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 entrusted with the arrangements.
