Dearest Shawn and family. I was in N.O. at Christmas visiting my family and was so sorry to see the article in the paper about Bryron's passing. My deepest sympathies to you, your children and grandchild and Byron's sister and brothers. Please let your Faith in Our Lord be a great comfort to all of you during this difficult time. I went to high school in Edgard with Byron and have many fond memories of him from those years. Although I never met you, I am certain that you must be a very special person. He is my first cousin, and he will be sadly missed. We spent many good times at his house, and at St. Joe Plantation. There were a bunch of us boys with his two older brothers and three of my brothers. Had not seen Byron in years, but have thought of him often. You may take comfort in that he was a really great guy!

Shawn, Chanelle, Blaise, Taylor and Luke,Phil and Connor I am incredibly sorry for your loss. You all have become part of our family and we love each of you dearly. Byron was such a caring person and had such a gentle soul. I am sure going to miss seeing him everyday. If you need anything please don't hesitate to call.
