Bryan D. (Billy) Burns, Jr. passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the age of 80. He is survived by one daughter, Susan Burns Williams, her husband Randy Williams and their children, Erin Elizabeth Williams and Caitlin Ann Wi Read Obituary
Bryan and Dawn, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I was shocked as I just heard of it yesterday after reading a St Tammany Parish Hospital magazine. He was a very precious person and was very kind to me. May he rest in peace until we are all reunited again. God bless your family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Burns Family.
Uncle Billy played such a huge part in my life, and my brothers, growing up in Mandeville. He was a fixture in our home and a dear friend to my Father, Tom Doby, and my Mother, Carole Doby Koch. In recent years he visited with my Mother on several occasions. He shared his poetry and writings, which we treasured. I dearly loved him. I am so sorry for your loss. Diane Doby Merrill

I will always remember the times when Mr. Burns would call the office just to say "hello", it brighten up my day. He was a great person.

Billy greatly enriched my life and Im forever a better person for it. I feel eternally blessed for having met him and extremely grateful for being able to spend so much time with him the past several months.
