Brenda Lois Edwards Nolen's Obituary
Funeral services for Brenda Lois Edwards Nolen, age 78 of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Folsom, 13320 Broadway St., Folsom, Louisiana 70437 with a visitation at church beginning at 10:00 AM.
Reverend Will Robbins and Carlo Sciara will officiate.
Interment will follow in the First Baptist Church Cemetery in Folsom, Louisiana.
Brenda was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Folsom, Louisiana, where she was a member of the choir. She retired as a receptionist for the St. Tammany Parish School Board in Covington, Louisiana. She loved to bake and cook. Brenda was a single parent and was devoted to raising her daughters. Brenda loved the beach and her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobbie Thomas Edwards and Etta Lois Huff Edwards and second wife, Jean Furr Edwards.
Brenda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelli and Carlo Sciara of Lake Providence, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Robert Arseneaux of Panama City Beach, Florida; grandson and his wife, Carlo Sciara IV and Kailey of Transylvania, Louisiana; grandson and his wife, Nicholas and Baily Sciara of Goodwill, Louisiana; grandson, Brady Cole of Panama City Beach, Florida and twin granddaughters, Jada and Aubenee Arseneaux of Dothan, Alabama; and great grandchild, Nolen Sciara of Goodwill, Louisiana.
