Brenda Ford Collins' Obituary
Brenda Ford Collins passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the age of 73. She was born on February 9, 1949 in New Orleans to Joseph Stiehl, Jr. and Beryl Glatt Stiehl.
She is survived by her daughters, Angel F. Cotogno and April F. Norris; brother, Joseph Roth Stiehl (Addie “Beth”); grandchildren, Haley Dipaola, Eric Forsythe, III, Cameron Cotogno, Brett Melerine, Olivia Cotogno, Connor Cotogno, Brianna Norris, and Brayden Norris; great grandchildren, Haizley Pepper, Hayden Pepper, and Everlee Cotogno.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Jerry C. Ford; second husband, John J. Collins; and a daughter, Lorie C. Melerine.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She also loved spending time with pets, especially dogs.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 12:00 PM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, 75376 River Road, St. Benedict, LA.
