Boliver Ealy "B.E." Talley's Obituary
Boliver Ealy “B.E.” Talley, Jr. passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017 at his home in Folsom, LA. He was born on May 20, 1927 in Bogalusa, LA to the late Boliver Ealy Talley, Sr. and Iola Jenkins Talley.
B.E. married his beloved wife, the late Juanita Pounds Talley, on December 23, 1944. They were married for 63 years. He was the loving father of Delbert Talley (Alice Bjorklund Talley). He was the proud grandfather of Brandon Talley and Whitney T. Bendeck (Oscar); great-grandfather of Bailee Bendeck, Emile Bendeck, Kiersten Talley, Avery Dolese, and Ross Talley. He was the brother of Thomas Leroy “Tonnie” Talley.
B.E. retired from the United States Army as a Major. He served in the occupation army in Germany twice. He also served in Korea during the Korean War and in Iran.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, July 27, 2917 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 11:00 AM until service time.
