Bobby Ray Glover's Obituary
Bobby Ray Glover, 79, of Bay St Louis, MS, passed away in Dayton, TX, on Saturday, March 1, 2014, with his family by his side. He was a dedicated and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a friend to all who knew him.
Bobby loved spending time with his daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. He enjoyed his computer games, music, and being with his family and friends. He was a retired professional driver from Airco Industrial Gases, a member of Diamond Lodge in Pearlington, MS, and Pass Master of Bay St Louis Lodge 429 in Bay St Louis, MS.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Catherine; his parents, James and Iva Glover; sisters, Mrs. Helen Holmes and Mrs. Emma Jean Byers; brother, James C. Glover; and daughter, Carla Janice Schmidt.
Bobby is survived by his daughter, Pamela Jean Martinolich and husband Kevin of Humble TX; son, Alvin Glover and wife Elizabeth of Slidell, LA; brothers-in law, John Workman of Waveland MS, and Thomas C Byers of Yellville AR; sister-in law, AnnaBelle Glover of Covington, LA; grandchildren; Melanie, James, Melissa, Jeremy, George, William, Stephen, Shane, Stephanie, and Scott; great-grandchildren, Michael, Carter, Landen, Reylissa, Destinee, Brianna, Celeste, Zoe, Hunter, Ashlynn, and Brayden; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
A wake is scheduled to take place from 6-9:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2014 with visiting hours on Friday beginning at 1:00 PM.
Interment at Garden of the Pines Cemetery in Covington, LA will immediately follow services.
