Blake A Floyd , of Covington, LA died on Monday, August 04, 2014, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. Born Tuesday, April 27, 1965 in New Orleans, LA to William M. Floyd, Sr. and Patricia T. Floyd.
Survived by his Father, Mother, Brother - William M. Floyd, Jr. (Ann), Sister - Belinda M. Brown (Chris), Nephews – Patrick and Jeffrey, Niece – Sarah and a host of cousins.
Relatives, friends and employees of Pamlab are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 08, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Note: Visitation on Friday, August 08, 2014 from 2:00 PM to service time.
Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (adjacent to the funeral home) Covington, LA.
