I'm sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I have fond memories of our childhood growing up in Folsom, and standing with Billy in his wedding. Kathy and I wish the family the best.

Mr Billy always treated me like i was part of the family. He was one of the nicest men i ever met. Our deepest sympathies to Kathy, Bryan and Laura. He will be missed.

Bobby and I are sending you all of our prayers. We will always cherish the memories of all of you and my kids spending the summer in California making all our little road trips and cooking and eating all the time. It is a summer that we still talk about and Bobby had been talking about Billy for the last few months. Billy made those road trips so full of fun. May you find comfort in the arms of God and my our good friend Billy Rest in Peace.
Even though I only knew Billy for a short while I truly enjoyed the times that I got to spend with him. He always had a smile and a story for me. I know he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
